Getting In the Spirit
Finished! LOL, they look more like Christmas bushes instead of trees.

We pulled off another win over LSU!! WOO HOO, Arkansas wins the BOOT!
Casey Dick finally stepped up and made a great play! 24 seconds left on the clock and he threw a beautiful touchdown pass! Then Tejada made the field goal for the winning point, making it 31-30!!
Now everyone say it with me "WOOO PIG SOOIEEEE!! RAZORBACKS, GO HOGS!"

I don't have pictures..bummer, I know, BUT I can talk about then in great detail. Fair enough? Good, here we go..
First stop was Wally World. They were not near as busy as I expected (perhaps that is because we rolled in around 9am. btw: thank goodness I wasn't at the Wal Mart in New York at 4am. That poor man.)
Back to story. My mom, Carrah, and I headed to the toy section, where there were numerous buggys lining the aisles with taped on signs, reading $5, $10, $30, etc.. I snatched up a little Barbie driving a purple Doodlebug(I totally cannot remember what those cars are called) for $10!! Isn't that great? Barbies are usually outrageously priced. Cami has never had one and I knew she'd love it, especially since it came with a car.
Score #1
Next, I saw the pink V-Smile that I have been wanting to get her. It was marked down ten dollars from the original price(I think it was $49.99 today. I didn't care because that's what I wanted to get her)
Score #2
Then, I was just browsing the other things in the sale buggys, when I found a "Lightening McQueen" car that launches across the room for $8.97. Not a huge bargain, but she is obsessed with Cars right now, so I had to get that.
Score #3
After that,I realized, *Oh yeahhh, I have to buy for Miss Carrah too* LOL!
So , I found one of those stackable ring things that kids just love for $3.94!
Score #4
Also, the cutest little Winnie the Pooh that sings and crawls across the floor. Adorable! (though i'm afraid Cami will snatch it for herself) $12!!
Score #5
I had found everything I wanted from there, so we set off to the other places on the list.
Although Target wasn't that crowded, it is in the same shopping mall as Kohls, Old Navy, Shoe Carnival, Kirklands, Hibbet Sports, etc.. so it was a CRAZY packed parking lot. We looked for a spot for what seemed like 20 minutes. Ugh..finally. Got one.
Once in Target, I did not go directly to the toys, oddly enough. I stopped by the baby department to grab some formula (Carrah is having issues. I'll talk ab that in a later post) and I saw one of those baby activity mats. I grabbed the last Fisher Price activity mat for Carrah. $39.99 (Not on sale, but the cheapest one they had.)
Score(in my opinion) #6
Then, I was ready to brave the toy section. I got over there to see almost empty shelves. BOO!
Thankfully, I found the only thing I was looking for in the Electronic section.
Dora Rugged Digital Camera $49.99
Score #7
While still looking through that department, I scoped out a Barney DVD for $5.50, a Curious George DVD for $11, and a Tom and Jerry DVD for $5.50!!
Score #8, 9, and 10
Once again, I come to the realization that I had left out my youngest chicklet.
Not wanting to add anymore toys than we have to to our everexpanding collection, I opted to buy her clothes. She won't know anyway, right?
So I purchased 10 outfits from Target(I think I got every single one they had in girl colors) and 5 from Old Navy for the littlest PrissyMiss and I also bought 4 shirts and a pair of leggings for the older PrissyMiss, all at 50% off!
Super Duper SCORES!
It was a fun start to the day that lasted about 4 hours and ended with a yummy, moma-bought, lunch from Chili's.(Thanks moma!)
Then, we went to Chris' family's house at noon. We stayed until 2, but I don't have any pictures from there. (Oh darn!) LOL jk , that is rude. I was just really pissed off at his parents! They kept correcting my kid right in front my face and calling Carrah "my baby" UGHHHH!!!!! I cannot stand them. I told Chris about it the whole way to my aunt's house too :)
************************************************************************************
Which brings me to... MY FAMILY, whome I love so dearly!!!
This is my closest cousin Aaron, we're more like best friends, with Cami. She loves him too. He is from England yall! lol
Here he is playing us some Christmas tunes..
Sweet IttyBitty just hangin' out, watchin' some Cowboys football
My moma and her husband. Cami was taking a picture of them with mom's camera..that's why they aren't looking.
Some of the fam. They all smoke(EW!), so I snapped a quick pic from the doorway. lol!
The other half of my little family
Seriously, how precious is she? I know you want to pinch her cheekys!
UGH, okay let me explain! This is my entire family, trying to get our yearly fam pic taken, BUT the guy who was taking it is a family friend and he was pretty tipsy and he's kind of mentally slow too..soooo this is what I got. :( Mom got a good one though,so i'll update later with that one. We're sitting here waiting for the parade to start. I so don't feel like getting ready..
It's a high if 65 degrees today.. I kinda wanted it to be cold, but it'll be nice not to have to bundle the girls.
Ohh Carrah totally smiled at me last night!! Only for like a second though, she's not a super happy baby. Lol!
Here's a picture of my girls when they woke up this morning at 5am! (Thanksgiving)
Hope everyone has a WONDERFUL day!!
Doesn't she look just gorgeous here? I was trying to get a pic of both of us, but it turned out so good of her, I cropped myself out! Ha! Her eyes and lips look beautiful in this pic :)
